Imagine a space where People of Color can gather and simply be. No judgment, no code-switching, no explaining yourself. A space fully their own to show up as their full, vibrant, vulnerable selves. That's Ascending Leaders in Color (ALC).

ALC is a five-month peer-led leadership development program where cohort groups of 10 thoughtfully engage with curated readings, videos, and facilitated dialogue, all designed to help participants reclaim their narratives and lead with more authenticity, courage, and unapologetic joy.
