Imagine a space where People of Color can gather and be themselves without judgment or discomfort. A space fully to themselves to be their full vulnerable selves. A space they can call their own. A space to authentically be. Ascending Leaders in Color is this space! ALC is a five-month peer-led leadership development program in which cohort groups -- comprised of 10 participants each -- thoughtfully discuss carefully curated readings and videos with an expert facilitator to bring forth their full vibrancy and be empowered to lead with more authenticity, courage, and joy.

⭕️ Restorative Circle Training

Transform your organization's collaborative power using restorative circle practices (RCP). Our RCP Training creates the container to have more productive work environments where every voice is valued and heard. Moving from Exposition to Rising Action to Climax to Falling Action to Resolution, stakeholders will instantly connect with your organization like never before! During the workshop, you will create an outline aligning the five stages of story arc to the story of your organization. This carefully crafted story can then be used not only for grant applications, but also for social media, marketing emails, and much more!
